Top 5 Round-Up of What to Expect from NetDocuments at ILTACON 2024

The team is thrilled to bring you a wide variety of ways to learn, share, and connect. Here’s what we’ve got in the works.

1. How Do You Raise the Bar on Document Management?  

Join us for the NetDocuments Company Update on Tuesday at 2:00pm in Delta A and hear from our leadership team on how to raise the bar on document management. We’ll discuss the power of continuous innovation in supporting your mission-critical workflows and your success. Topics to be covered include AI, automation, Microsoft 365 integrations, and much more.

2. Sessions on AI, Microsoft Add-Ins, Microsoft Teams, and More    

Our team is very excited to be bringing so many experts to share their knowledge with attendees. Here are the sessions where you can catch us:

• Identifying AI Use Cases Before Identifying Products: Jill Schornack, VP of Product at NetDocuments, will moderate an exciting panel discussion on how to begin examining existing processes and workflows to determine if there are good use cases for which AI products would be a good fit. (Monday, agosto 12^th at 11am)
  

• M365 Teams and Your DMS. A Clash or a Symphony? Jared Haselton, Senior Product Manager at NetDocuments, will join a powerful panel discussing the intersection of Microsoft 365 Teams and your DMS. Explore challenges and best practices when Teams and a DMS coexist. (Tuesday, agosto 12^th at 2pm)
  

• Safely Leveraging Your DMS Content with AI: Michelle Spencer, Lead Product Marketing Manager at NetDocuments, will lead this master class on how to maintain your information governance while leveraging new and developing generative AI capabilities to reach peak productivity now and in the future. (Wednesday, agosto 13^th at 11am)
  

• How Will GenAI Transform Your DMS? Julie McCausland, Senior Product Manager at NetDocuments, will join a panel of thought leaders as they explore the current functionality gaps of popular DMSs that users ask for and how GenAI can help solve them while staying compliant and secure. (Wednesday, agosto 13^th at 3pm)
  

• Managing Office Add-Ins: Ali Ofstad, Lead Product Manager at NetDocuments, will be part of a technical panel session tailored to equip you with the requisite knowledge and tools to ready your environment for, and implement, the Microsoft Office add-in platform. (Wednesday, agosto 13^th at 3pm)
  

• Real Use of GenAI: Legal Text Analysis and Summarization: Scott Kelly, Senior Manager of Product Management at NetDocuments, will join an insightful panel to help attendees learn about current GenAI summarization tools, and how to use open-source frameworks and libraries for building or customizing their GenAI models. (Wednesday, agosto 13^th at 3:30pm)
  

3. Rise ‘n’ Shine Breakfast Series

Back again by popular demand is our three-day breakfast series that will be held Monday-Wednesday mornings. Enjoy breakfast and learning with your peers on the topics below. Space is limited, so sign up today to save your spot.

• Monday: Today’s Modern DMS: Your Knowledge and Productivity Hub covers how new capabilities in modern document management systems are transforming legal workflows, enhancing knowledge organization, search, and collaboration, and driving legal organizations forward.

• Tuesday: In AI + Automation: Lessons Learned, explore scalable AI and automation, the journey to becoming builders, successful strategies and common pitfalls, and how 3545 and NetDocuments have supported legal teams in building and scaling these technologies.  
  

• Wednesday: The Build Your Own AI App Workshop is a hands-on learning experience where you can try out the ease of use and power of PatternBuilder MAX. Build your own AI app and leave with a solution to a real-world challenge your firm is facing.

4. Nashville Nights at the Grand Ole Opry  

What better way to take in the experience of Nashville than at the iconic Grand Ole Opry! ILTA member attendees and sponsoring partners are invited to kick up your boots and join us for live entertainment, tasty eats, and engaging conversations.
