Knowledge management (KM) has gained much attention in recent years since the onset of the pandemic. Unemployment reached an all-time high of 14.70 percent in April of 2020.

Wanted urgently: People who know a half-century-old computer language so states can process unemployment claims, the headline read. And let’s be real, “Who among you can code in Cobol?” is a question that falls flat with today’s college grads and Millennials.
